Reservation Dates and Requirements

You will receive a confirmation of your deposit payment and your reservation details. Make sure to check the confirmation for accurate dates, room types and amounts. It is your responsibility.

Changes

You are allowed to change your reservation once up to 20 days prior to arrival, subject to availability. Should there be a different rate for the requested date, you will be required to pay the difference.

Cancellation

The deposit is non-refundable because by reserving the room for you we may have to turn away other potential guests.

Deposits & Payments

To secure a reservation we will request a 50% non-refundable deposit. No booking can be accepted as finalized without payment of the requested deposit

No Show

If you do not turn up and do not advise us of a delay, we will hold your room until check-out time the following morning. You will not receive a refund of your deposit.

Children Policy

Children below 2 and below are free if they share their parent's bed. Between 3 and 12 years old, you will need to add an extra bed (1,000 INR)

Extra Bed

Extra bed could be added in the Seaview Huts and the Cottage only. The cost of an extra bed is 1,000 INR.

Check-In/Check-Out Policy

Check-In from: 14:00 PM. For any check-In after 10 PM, please let us know in advance.

Check-Out before: 12:00 PM

Pets

While we love animals, we must say no because we find that other guests don’t. However, do check with us if it is a small dog. We will decide based on how busy the resort is.

Music & Noise

The sounds of the ocean should dominate. We want all our guests to have a relaxing vacation so we pay extra attention to noise. Please respect the other guests.

Force Majeure (greater force)

We are exempt from fulfilling our contractual obligations for causes that could not be anticipated and/or are beyond our control. Such as and may include an act of God, act of Man, act of Parliament, and other impersonal events or occurrences.

Guests are advised to obtain comprehensive insurance

Casa Jaali accepts no liability and will not pay any compensation/refund any money where the performance of its obligations is prevented or affected directly or indirectly by or as a result of force majeure or any circumstances beyond its reasonable control including, but not limited to, flood, earthquake, extremely adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, other acts of God, acts of terrorism, unforeseen infestation, flight cancellation/schedule alterations, fire or failure of electric power, gas, water, or other utility services, plant machinery, computers, vehicles or any collapse of building structures. Please make sure to have the proper insurance before coming.
